Yarnvelopes are here!

A Yarnvelope is a dual purpose knitting enthusiast’s envelope.

First, it’s a C6 sized envelope which is designed to carry A4 paper folded twice, criss-cross, into quarters.

It is constructed with strong double sided adhesive tape and the flap has the same tape, easily peeled off for a firm and secure seal.

I have posted these both within the UK and using overseas AirMail and every letter has arrived with no sign of damage.

The Yarnvelope has a second purpose however.

On the reverse side is a pattern record.

A Yarnvelope can be used to keep details of your project.

Fold the printed pattern and pop it inside. Add the ball band, the label and maybe a metre or two of the yarn to use for repairs.

Yarnvelopes are available in a variety of colours for just 50p each. The envelope size is identical to many greetings cards, making this an ideal choice for a quirky added-value birthday card for a knitting friend.
